FrieslandCampina is recruiting two interim specialists (one senior/medior and one junior) to tackle a critical backlog of Procurement Orders (POs) and Purchase Requests (PRs) involving labor components. In this position, you take complete ownership of evaluating new and existing entries within Coupa. Your mission is to categorize each request accurately: routing contingent workforce engagements directly to the Interim Desk, or validating deliverable-based service requests against strict Statement of Work (SoW) standards. You will assess complex agreements against statutory regulations, the Dutch Wet DBA, and internal FrieslandCampina policies. Alongside operational reviews, you will play a leading role in designing and standardizing the future Way of Working (WoW). You will optimize workflows, author operational guidelines and templates, and execute a thorough knowledge transfer to the permanent internal team to guarantee long-term compliance and operational excellence.
