Working with the E&I team, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring compliance with site safety regulations in close collaboration with the HSE department - Manage a team of 3 to 5 supervisors dedicated to E&I works - Monitoring site progress in accordance with the planning project and being proactive, alerting the site manager in the event of any deviations; anticipate upcoming activities at a macro level - Monitor all electrical activities - Support the development and updating of the schedule for all construction and pre-commissioning activities - Monitor the progress of various suppliers - Ensure compliance of the installation in accordance with the project plans - Ensure compliance of the work carried out with the AL E&C quality standards (global E&C standard) - Monitor and evaluate design changes (through the issuance of AFCs) in order to control quantities.
