You support customers with technical questions, prepare quotations, and ensure that internal processes run smoothly. Additionally, you assist with product information management and handle various practical matters within the organization. Your tasks: Technical support and advice to customers (by phone and email); Drafting quotations and project proposals; Supporting the field service team; Managing article data and online product information; Practical support in the office, such as minor technical and ICT-related tasks; Identifying and improving processes; Supporting order processing during the absence of colleagues.
