Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are looking for Cooks / Chefs de Partie (koks) to join the opening kitchen team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands). What will you be responsible for?· Preparing and executing dishes according to recipes and standards.· Ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.· Managing mise en place and station organization.· Following hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols.· Supporting stock control and proper storage of ingredients.· Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. What are we looking for?· Experience as Cook or Chef de Partie.· Experience in openings is a plus.· Attention to detail and commitment to quality.· Ability to work in dynamic environments.· Passion for gastronomy and teamwork.
