As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will ensure that Jelle always has access to the right talent. You will develop strategies to find, approach and engage candidates. You will analyze the labor market, develop sourcing strategies and set up campaigns through various channels. In doing so, you work closely with recruitment, sales and marketing.
