We are happy to think along with you about missionary work, discipleship, leadership training and church building. Anyone can knock on our door. Together we look at the best route to progress. " Participant ICP assessment Do you want to determine where your areas for development as a pioneer or pastor lie? Then you have come to the right place at ICP. In recent years, an assessment has been developed that gives you insight into your professional and personal functioning as a pioneer pastor. It can be taken during an appointment procedure or as the start of a personal coaching process. The assessment consists of four parts: a) the candidate delivers a sermon, b) makes a culture test, c) fills in a questionnaire, which is also completed by three others and d) has a conversation about the results.
