Consultancy at Vicoma In the Consultancy department, you work on, for example, an investment plan, technical concept or tender for the next phase of a project. You focus on defining the scope, weighing strategic risks, analysing the payback period and creating the business case. You also take into account matters such as the impact of (future) regulations, sustainability goals, operational reliability and safety. If there are multiple options to achieve the set goal, you are the one who can advise the customer. For example, on which solution is the most sensible investment or best fits the customer's long-term strategy.
