Core Responsibilities - Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., classification, regression, forecasting, recommendation). - Translate business problems into analytical frameworks, success metrics, and scalable model approaches. - Design and analyze A/B tests and causal inference studies; communicate results and impact. - Build robust data pipelines and feature engineering workflows in partnership with data engineering. - Perform data exploration, statistical analysis, and model validation; ensure reproducibility and quality. - Create clear narratives and visualizations to inform product, operations, and leadership decisions. - Mentor junior scientists and contribute to best practices, documentation, and model governance.
