You'll own our PR approach across three distinct markets, strengthening media relationships and turning our product and AI strategy into stories that earn attention and credibility. Working closely with our CMO, Executive Team, and Marketing and Communications teams, you'll help build a consistent TOPdesk narrative while adapting it to each market. As TOPdesk grows, we expect more markets to join your remit. What you'll do - Own PR strategy and execution across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, adapting your approach to the maturity and media landscape of each market. - Build and strengthen relationships with relevant technology, trade and business media across our key markets. - Turn TOPdesk's positioning - including our approach to "AI you can trust" - into compelling media stories, thought leadership, bylines and interview opportunities. - Support and prepare our Executive Team for interviews, panels and speaking opportunities, from messaging and talking points to preparation and follow-up. - Lead communications around key TOPdesk moments, including events, product announcements and our evolving AI roadmap. - Partner closely with Internal Communications so our employees understand the story we're telling...
