Within the 'Debicasso' product team, too, we are constantly working to improve processes, collaboration and service delivery. To further shape this development, we are looking for a Team Lead for Accounts Receivable Management & Debt Collection who combines leadership with process improvement and a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Debicasso team and will play a key role in further professionalising and standardising the department. The service involves the outsourcing of clients' administrative tasks relating to heating costs and the financial settlement thereof. In this role, you will lead a team of 12 staff members and focus on quality, progress, collaboration and results.
