You'll be stepping into a newly shaped leadership role where the core challenge is stabilising and strengthening delivery performance while the wider organisation continues to evolve. You are the person who creates calm, structure and clarity when things get noisy. I'm looking for someone who: - Has proven senior line‑management experience in complex IT environments - Has managed senior delivery leads and professionals - Has experience guiding teams through reorganisations, scaling phases or structural change - Has handled structural underperformance, improvement trajectories and exit decisions - Can operate independently in a high‑pressure, politically complex environment - Is strong in senior stakeholder management - Brings high self‑awareness and reflective capability - Has experience working with distributed teams, including nearshore/offshore (e.g. India) Who is interested in: - Owning line management, development and performance for all delivery professionals - Building a strong delivery community with clear expectations and career paths - Setting and maintaining behavioural and performance standards - ...
