Core Responsibilities - Plan, supervise, and execute audit and assurance engagements from scoping through reporting. - Review working papers, testing, and conclusions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to auditing standards. - Identify and assess financial, operational, and compliance risks; recommend practical improvements. - Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; escalate issues and resolve blockers. - Prepare and review audit reports and client deliverables; communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. - Coach and develop team members through on-the-job guidance, feedback, and performance support. - Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
