You'll oversee complex processes while also offering support to customers. You thrive in a dynamic environment where legislative changes are constant, and your systematic thinking and eye for detail will be crucial in managing mass balance accounting and emissions reporting. Your responsibilities as a Compliance & Sustainable Reporting Specialist - Operating and maintaining a mass balance accounting system that ensures compliance with internal and legal frameworks and simultaneously optimises commercial outcomes. - Attending multidisciplinary meetings, presenting mass balance findings and overviews to management. - Preparing documentation for internal and external audits, acting as the main point of contact for auditors. - Proactively identifying internal procedural defects and participating in updating policies and systems to stay compliant with current and future regulations. - Maintaining strong connections with biofuel suppliers and supporting customers regarding downstream emissions claims and PoS (Proof of Sustainability) and PoC (Proof of Compliance) allocation. - Recognizing problems and addressing them systematically, keeping an eye on consequences and solutions. - Communicating and coordinating effectively with fellow team members and adapting communication to different audiences. - Deliv...
