Personal profile Organisation Our client is a leading international company operating in the advanced energy and technology sector, with specialised industrial facilities and projects focused on supporting the global energy transition. Assignment Description In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of fit-out activities on site, working with contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure the works are executed efficiently and in accordance with the agreed project requirements. - Manage and coordinate the execution of fit-out works on site. - Coordinate contractors and subcontractors involved in interior construction, finishes, MEP and specialist installations. - Plan and coordinate fit-out activities in line with agreed project milestones and construction interfaces. - Review fit-out drawings, specifications, layouts and work plans and ensure that the works are executed accordingly. - Coordinate the installation of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, finishes and building services, where applicable to the project. - Manage interfaces between architectural, structural and MEP works, identifying and resolving clashes or coordination issues. - Monitor the quality and progress of fit-out works and follow up on required corrective actions. - Coordinate different trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient sequencing of the works and minimise delays or conflicts. - Identify construction issues and provide professional input and practical solutions. - Maintain effective communication with contractors, the project team and other relevant stakeholders. - Monitor progress, risks, interfaces and outstanding works and provide regular professional updates to the relevant project stakeholders.
