We are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager,Marine Sales Benelux In this frontline sales position, you will report to the General Manager Sales Benelux. The role carries local sales responsibility for consultative and transactional lifecycle sales, with a primary focus on a strategic growth customer in the Dredging & Offshore Energy segment. The preferred office location is Schiedam, the Netherlands. This role is critical to strengthening Wärtsilä Marine market position and translating customer demand into realised order intake through proactive account management, disciplined opportunity development, and value-based consultative selling. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, expanding lifecycle business opportunities, and driving sustainable growth within a strategically important customer portfolio (Dredging & Offshore segment).
