You're responsible for your own slicing line-ensuring smooth operations, maintaining product quality, and making quick adjustments as needed. During your training period, you'll have a dedicated buddy who guides you through the tasks step-by-step, ensuring you master everything thoroughly. Your responsibilities include: - Operating and monitoring your slicing line to ensure optimal production flow. - Conducting quality checks and adhering to HACCP standards. - Solving first-line disruptions independently (or working with a technician). - Contributing ideas for improvements and ensuring a smooth production process. You'll work in a two-shift schedule with the following times: - Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30 - Afternoon shift: 14:30 - 23:00 Additionally, there's an option to work on Saturdays for 150% pay.
