As an HR intern you will get the opportunity to fully join our local team and support diverse HR activities. The focus will be in-depth work on HR administration. During this you will be given the chance to gain practical experience and take the initiative by contributing with your own skillsets. You will be a part of our regional internship program, offering you structured development opportunities and cross-functional exposure. You will make an impact in the following way: • You actively seek out information and interact with colleagues to clarify regulations; • You support the HR Officer in administrative tasks, like handling HR enquiries and payroll assistance; • You help improve, digitize, and record HR processes and policies; • You provide input to current projects such as an HR handbook and take on supporting tasks.
