YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working in Customer Squads, you will be part of a dynamic operations environment supporting both internal stakeholders and direct customers across Europe. You will act as a key link between departments such as Field Service, Inside Sales, Logistics, Warehousing & Transportation, Accounting, Supply Chain and Customer Service, ensuring high service quality, compliance, efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will handle service and order-related queries, provide updates on order and delivery status, support SAP and global process questions, and ensure timely, accurate communication to both internal and external customers. As a Customer & Back Office Support Specialist, you will become a subject matter expert in service and order management processes. You will act as a first point of contact for end customers and support order intake and entry, coordinate with credit management, logistics and supply chain, manage returns and complaints, and help resolve issues that could impact order flow, invoicing, or stock replenishment.
