Your Role at a Glance As the Rooms Division Manager , you will be responsible for effectively leading and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the Front Office team and Housekeeping. With a hands‑on leadership style, you motivate, coach, and develop your team to deliver consistent quality and memorable service. A major focus of this role is supporting and continuous development of the team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee the development and management of the hotel strategy, ensuring that experiences are aligned with the NH standards and KPIs, as well as initiating, enhancing, and implementing the products and services that the NH Maastricht has to offer.
