You make sure the work is done according to the agreed planning and quality standards. You also help create a safe and positive working environment for your team. You will give daily guidance to 20 to 25 warehouse employees. Together with other team leaders, you will manage the daily operation. You will work flexible day shifts between 06:00 and 18:00 and report to the Warehouse Supervisor. Your main tasks include: - Leading, supporting and motivating 20 to 25 employees; - Monitoring quality, safety and progress; - Coordinating daily warehouse activities; - Identifying and solving problems in the operation; - Making sure working hours are registered correctly; - Thinking about improvements to the warehouse and WMS system; - Working together with and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor; - Helping improve logistics processes.
