This is medical gaslighting, and unfortunately, it occurs in the consulting room far more often than we would like. The initiative Het XX-fundament fights for healthcare where the female body is taken seriously. Before we launch our practical Patient Toolbox, we still need to work hard on our online visibility. Will you help us build a safe and powerful community? Part of your mission (What will you do?)) • Content Creation: You translate the 6 pillars of our business plan (such as how the female body *really* works and the recognition of medical gaslighting) into powerful, visual content for Instagram and LinkedIn. • Storytelling: You write sharp captions and design posts in our - already established - house style (can potentially be tweaked further ). • Community Management: You respond to interactions and build a safe online haven for our supporters. • Recruitment: You assist with posting our other volunteer vacancies online. Your profile (Who are we looking for?)) ♀ • Tech-savvy: You are skilled with Canva, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Vision: You have a clear vision on women's empowerment within healthcare and dare to proactively contribute ideas. • Experience: Do you happen to also be an expert by experience and/or are you struggling with a (chronic) condition? Doubly welcome: join the club! • Communication: You are an exceptionally strong communicator and know how to present a sensitive, urgent topic respectfully yet powerfully. • Commitment: You are available for approximately 2-6 hours per week (fully flexible scheduling).
