You'll receive a bonus of €0.50 per hour worked for working in a refrigerated area! What else you can expect as a Logistics Foreman (m/f): - Travel expense reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer. This is subject to a maximum of 25 kilometers one way. - Salary is negotiable to a certain extent. - A 36-hour workweek on a two-shift schedule. With work hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Work on a Saturday or Sunday once every two weeks. - If both parties are satisfied, there is a possibility of a permanent contract. - Delicious meals in the company cafeteria and free, fresh fruit every day. - Career advancement and training opportunities. After all, you'll be managing the logistics process on a daily basis. You'll ensure that all orders for refrigerated products are ready on time-in the correct quantity and quality-so they're perfectly prepared for transport from the distribution center to the stores. Your responsibilities as a logistics foreman (m/f) are as follows: - The day-to-day management of the logistics process. - Coordinating and managing the work and the division of labor. - Monitoring the progress of the work in relation to the scheduled completion times. - Any bottlenecks in the process are identified in a timely manner.
