We work with a young team and have been focusing on mussels, a compact menu and gin and tonics for over 10 years. No extensive menu, no unnecessary stress. Just good cooking, efficient work and having fun during service. What we are looking for We are looking for someone who is motivated and eager to learn. Experience is a plus, but not a requirement. If you are ambitious, willing to take responsibility and want to improve your skills in the kitchen, we will teach you the rest. What you will be doing You will work in a well-organised kitchen with a concise menu. We do the preparations during the day and service starts at 5 p.m. In winter, the kitchen is open until 9.30 p.m., and in summer until 10.30 p.m. You will assist with service, help with mise-en-place and gradually grow towards greater independence.
