What are you going to do? As a member of the Technical Services department, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and be a vital link in our success. You will be the point of contact for technical queries and carry out both preventative and corrective maintenance. In doing so, you will consider productivity, costs, and minimal downtime. In addition, you will guide and motivate operators to increase their technical knowledge and continuously improve processes. You will be responsible for, among other things: - Carrying out maintenance work; - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; - Documenting activities and the use of materials; - Taking the initiative when identifying improvements; - Proactively guiding and training operators in machine knowledge.;; - Proposing improvements to process optimisation; - Maintaining contact with colleagues and department heads.
