You are a key link within the finance department and work closely with your colleagues to ensure that financial data is reliable and reports are available on time. In addition to your daily administrative duties, you will assist with month-end and year-end closings and actively contribute ideas on improving and streamlining processes. Furthermore, you will be involved in: Processing and checking purchase invoices; · Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including sending reminders and formal notices; · Monitoring outstanding items and payment terms; Processing bank transactions and cash flows; - Checking and maintaining general ledger and sub-ledgers; · Assisting with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes; · Preparing financial reports and statements; · Preparing and submitting VAT and CBS returns, among other things; · Assisting with audits and financial controls; · Identifying anomalies a...
