Share your talents As our new Sr. Global Influencer Strategist, you'll be leading the next generation of influencer marketing at Rituals, which includes concepting and developing and managing our global influencer approach as well as overseeing and guiding our local head offices execute 'best in class' campaigns. You will work day-to-day with the support of junior team members as well as external agencies and platforms to create campaign briefs, manage global reporting to optimize our current running campaigns and take learnings to ensure efficiencies and improvements for the future. You will shape and drive our global influencer strategy, developing impactful influencer programs (campaign based & always on / local & global) as overseeing and guiding our local social teams in execution. You will manage campaign effectiveness by setting clear KPIs, maximizing ROI, and translating performance insights into continuous optimization and stronger business impact. Working closely with junior team members, local head offices, external agencies and platform partners, you will develop global campaign concepts and briefs, guide markets in executing best-in-class influencer activations, and identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives globally. You will drive campaign effectiveness by setting clear KPIs, maximising ROI, and translating performance insights into continuous optimisation and stronger business impact.
