What's in it for you? - Join a growing international organisation - Monday to Friday, 32 - 40 hours per week - Be the face of HR on site, working in a standalone role - Influence the ramp-up of a brand-new site - Access GXO University and career development How you'll make an impact - Support managers with day-to-day HR activity - Cover staffing, training, benefits, employment law, health and safety - Partner with managers and HR to support an engaged workforce - Manage the HR cycle from recruitment to engagement - Support employee relations and act as a link between employees and management - Analyse HR data and turn insights into initiatives - Implement HR interventions that support performance - Ensure compliance with policy, labour law and regulations - Coordinate training and coaching for managers - Promote engagement and a positive working environment - Maintain accurate and confidential HR records - Complete HR administration and reporting on time - Support safe working and environmental initiatives What you'll bring to GXO - Fluent English and B2 Dutch, spoken and written - Good understanding of Dutch labour law - Experience with a blue-collar workforce - 3-5 years' HR experience - Bachelor's degree in HR - Intermediate Excel skills; HR systems experience beneficial - Empathetic communicator able to take ownership Your work environment: Working at GXO Logistics means working in a dynamic and international organization.
