As a work planner, you are responsible for: - Reviewing and Entering Work Orders - Maintain contact with customers regarding orders, scheduling, issues, discrepancies, and complaints - Creating quality reports in Word or Excel - Setting prices for small orders based on price lists - Performing various job-related tasks In short: You ensure the smooth flow of orders, monitor delivery times, and ensure that core tasks are completed on time.
