Electrical Engineer (UAV Avionics, Power & EMI-Resilient Systems) DeltaQuad Duivendrecht, Netherlands The role As an Electrical Engineer at DeltaQuad, you take technical ownership of the design, development, and integration of mission-critical electrical and avionics systems for advanced UAV platforms. You define and implement the electrical architecture, integrating subsystems such as power distribution, avionics, PX4/Pixhawk-based flight control systems, C2 and GCS interfaces, sensors, RF communication links, and mission payloads. You design and iterate compact, low-power, SWaP-optimised avionics and interface boards for UAVs operating in GPS-denied and electronically contested environments. Your work emphasises reliability, safety, EMI robustness, and scalability for series production. You are actively involved in schematic design, PCB layout, and system-level integration, ensuring designs meet high standards for manufacturability, consistency, and compliance. With strong expertise in power electronics, energy management, and battery/BMS systems, you implement robust grounding, shielding, and noise mitigation strategies. You enjoy solving complex cross-domain challenges, from RF interference and power integrity issues to system-level failures - and contribute to building dependable, production-ready UAV platforms that enhance operational resilience and safety across Europe.
