As an Embedded Software Engineer at Visual Productions BV, you will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of our embedded systems. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable, efficient, and high-performance firmware that powers our innovative products. You will work closely with hardware engineers, firmware developers, and other software engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement embedded software for our lighting controllers - Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system requirements and specifications - Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code for various embedded platforms - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure quality and reliability - Optimize system performance and memory usage to meet stringent requirements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the embedded domain - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality - Work closely with the tech-support team to support software testing and resolve any issues - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in embedded software development Requirements: - Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - Proven experience in embedded software development, preferably C/C++ & ARM-Cortex - Solid understanding of microcontro...
