Core responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and execute financial control and audit assignments. - Review accounting records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. - Identify risks, deviations, and control gaps; propose and track corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, reporting standards, and applicable regulations. - Prepare clear control reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including variance analysis. - Improve processes and internal controls to increase efficiency and reliability. - Guide and coach team members; coordinate workload and quality standards. Required skills and qualifications - Financial control expertise in accounting, auditing, and reporting. - Analytical skills to interpret data, detect anomalies, and assess risk. - Attention to detail with strong documentation and review discipline. - Communication skills for reporting findings and advising stakeholders. - Leadership to coordinate teams, set priorities, and ensure quality delivery. - Proficiency with financial systems and spreadsheets; ability to standardize workflows.
