PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard each have their own voice, audience and place in the market. Within our central Marketing team, we connect consumers across markets including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain and the UK with PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard . Why this role matters As our Social Media Specialist , you help shape and execute the social media presence of PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard across organic social, paid social, influencer marketing and UGC . You turn ideas into campaigns, work with creators and agencies, support content productions and use performance data to continuously improve what we do. You are not here just to fill a content calendar. What you'll do - Develop, plan, execute and analyze our organic social media calendar; - Create, manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ; - Support the rollout of PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard across new markets; - Develop and execute influencer marketing and UGC strategies ; - Work with creators, external agencies and internal teams to deliver strong campaigns; - Support shoots and content production; - Monitor social media and campaign performance and turn data into actions; - Spot emerging social trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities; - Report on results and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
