We're looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst who will work closely with Product, Growth, and Insurance teams to understand how customers experience our products and turn that understanding into decisions that shape our roadmap. What you'll be up to (some examples): - Define what success looks like for a product or feature, and set the KPIs that measure it - before anyone hands you a spec. - Design and run A/B tests and experiments, and draw the right conclusions from them, including when results are ambiguous. - Analyze how users move through our products - conversion, drop-off, retention - and turn that into concrete recommendations for product and growth teams. - Investigate why performance is changing across our expanding European markets, and help decide where and how we invest next. - Answer open-ended business questions by exploring the data yourself, not b...
