For our service activities at airports in the United States (including Portland, Houston, San Francisco, Denver, Washington, and Dallas), we are looking for a Contract Manager Services who is responsible for both commercial growth and the execution of service contracts. What will you do as a Contractmanager? In this role, you combine sales and contract management. You are responsible for expanding service contracts and ensuring excellent execution. Your key tasks in this role are: - Actively selling service contracts (such as maintenance, SLAs, upgrades, and lifecycle services); - Identifying commercial opportunities with existing and new customers; - Preparing quotations, pricing strategies, and conducting contract negotiations; - Managing and optimizing ongoing service contracts (SLAs, KPIs, costs, and margins); - Serving as the point of contact for customers throughout the contract duration; - Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and service teams; - Manage and monitor local partners and subcontractors; - Improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
