You work closely with various departments and translate business objectives into powerful HR strategies. Your responsibilities include: - Proactively working on strategic HR topics with managers at all levels. - Ensuring the optimal execution of key HR processes such as recruitment, talent development, succession planning, vitality and absenteeism management, and offboarding. - Analyzing HR data and trends to provide valuable insights that contribute to employee engagement and retention. - Working closely with management to develop targeted people plans and monitor workforce planning. - Leading talent reviews and the performance management cycle, with a strong focus on succession planning. - Initiating effective recruitment strategies to at...
