TRV037 - Hedging Accounting Derivatives Officer (vacancy fulfilled) Posted 8 years ago Job description: - As a hedge accounting derivatives officer you are responsible for investigating, understanding and explaining hedge accounting results, reviewing and controls and organising improvement projects - The officer will be expected to perform ad hoc investigations and opine on a broad range spectrum of hedge accounting, derivative and control topics across the organization - You provide insightful ad hoc and monthly information and advice to the Head of Control and the CFO on financial and non-financial developments - You will regularly work together on initiatives with Treasury colleagues, the international network and our control colleagues and auditors inside the organisation - Policy development and strategy of the group and subsidiaries - Financial management of a large number entities in order to optimise balance sheet, risk position and tax positions - Management Information on the financial position is prepared for the executive board and other internal users Profile: - A Master's degree - 5+ years of experience and performance in a control environment - Knowledge of and experience with derivatives - Knowledge and experience of IFRS - At least 2 years working experience with hedge accounting Job Features TreasuryRecruiter Position: Hedging Accounting Derivatives Officer Education: BSc/MSc Work experience: 5 + years Location: Amsterdam Salary: TBD Employment: 1 year Hours per week: 36 Reference number: TRV037
