Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Manager Procurement & Supply Chain - publieke sector Role purpose: Lead and improve procurement and supply chain activities within public sector environments, ensuring compliant, transparent sourcing and reliable delivery of goods and services. - Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with public sector policies and organizational goals. - Manage end-to-end sourcing: needs assessment, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and supplier onboarding. - Ensure compliance with applicable public procurement regulations, governance standards, and audit requirements. - Lead supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation. - Optimize processes for cost, quality, sustainability, and continuity of supply. - Coordinate stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and external partners. - Report on KPIs, savings, contract performance, and supply chain resilience. - Coach and manage procurement/supply chain team members and project resources. Required skills and experience - Proven leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management , preferably in the public sector. - Strong knowledge of tender procedures, contract management, and compliance frameworks. - Ability to translate organizational needs into clear specifications and sourcing plans. - Analytical skills for spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and performance management. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Experience with procurement tools/ERP systems and data-driven reporting.
