As Groupage Manager, you will have plenty of room to further develop our European groupage network. You will work with customers and partners, contribute ideas for smart solutions and make sure that our service gets a little better every day. Small enough to know each other - and our customers - personally. What will you do? As Groupage Manager, you will be responsible for the further development of our European groupage operations. Your focus will be on three areas: - Developing and improving our services and groupage product. - Managing and further expanding our international partner network. - Coaching and managing the Groupage Team (12 colleagues), ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. In addition: - You will support new customer implementations. - You will translate customers' wishes and needs into concrete product improvements. - You will closely monitor quality, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. - You will analyse results and initiate improvements.You will regularly visit international partners across Europe (once a month).
