Our team is expanding, and we seek a visionary Senior Manager to lead engagements, shape strategy, and develop our practice in one of the most dynamic areas of financial services. Our focus is on helping Chief Risk Officers (CROs) / Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs) and senior risk and compliance executives support sustainable and profitable growth. We achieve this by modernizing their functions, "agentifying processes", enhancing data insights, and optimizing controls to meet regulatory, business, and operational demands. This role combines thought leadership, strategic advisory, commercial growth, and hands-on delivery oversight. You will be a key contributor to our Compliance portfolio and a leader within our Dutch Financial Services practice.
