Working in a collaborative and innovative team, you will use your technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure that components are welded and assembled precisely according to specifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to suggest improvements to the production process, helping us maintain our commitment to innovation and quality. What You Will Do: - Welding: perform MIG/MAG welding on structural components based on technical drawings and specifications - Assembling: build and assemble components into complete trailers - Maintaining: keep your workspace organized and ensure proper maintenance of tools - Inspecting: check weld seams and assemblies for quality and dimensional accuracy - Improving: contribute ideas for more efficient work methods within the production process Wat we je bieden Joining our team means becoming part of a forward-thinking company that values craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration.
