You'll be a strong point of contact for the secretary/director, programme managers and project leaders, helping them to capitalise on financial opportunities, manage risks and make well-informed decisions. As a 2052 Business Controller, you act as the strategic sparring partner to the secretary/director and advise programme managers, project leaders and business developers on financial matters. You translate regional ambitions into a sound financial foundation and contribute ideas on investments, grants and innovative financing arrangements. You will oversee the planning and control cycle, draw up estimates, budgets and annual accounts, and monitor financial progress. You will identify risks in good time, advise on control measures and ensure the provision of reliable management information on which the board and organisation can base their decisions. In addition, you will contribute to the further professionalisation of financial management. You will further develop the administrative organisation and internal control systems, promote and implement data-driven working practices, and initiate improvements that make processes more efficient and future-proof.
