NL Telesales Representative LAB HR/SLO Onze inzet Jouw talent Telesales Representative LAB HR/SLO Locatie Zagreb, Grad Zagreb, Kroatië Publicatiedatum 26 augustus 2026 Job ID 23070 Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Your role: We are currently hiring a Sales Representative who will work as part of a Telesales Team. You will work as part of a Laboratory sales team based in Zagreb and will be responsible for increasing sales of Laboratory (Standard Business) products for Croatian and Slovenian market. Your main responsibilities would include: - Sales of products and solution laboratory via phone and electronic media (from the office), using professional selling skills; - Management of inbound demands (leads) from dedicated accounts; - Tracking and following up on the leads, preparing offers, project execution actions; - Application and technical advisory for the customers; - Manage all business-related activities using SAP CRM system; - Tracking and preparation of tenders; - Development of general and technical knowledge regarding METTLER TOLEDO product lines and service offerings. What You Need to Succeed - Language skills in Croatian and Slovenian, written and spoken is a must; - Very good level of English; - Bachelor's degree (preferably chemical/ biotechnological/related specialization and/or laboratory-based experience) or sales experience in B2B environment; - Sales personality with the strong target driven attitude; - Strong interpersonal and relationship skills; - Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word; - Experience using SAP CRM tools will be an advantage.
