AI Delivery Lead - International Programs (Hybrid, 80-100%) International Programs is on a transformation journey to fundamentally rethink how global insurance programs are delivered. About the Role As AI Delivery Lead , you will play a central role in turning the International Programs vision into reality. You will manage and deliver AI-enabled business solutions that create measurable value across the IP value chain. In close collaboration with business, operations, and technology you will drive delivery across cross-functional teams, and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders while helping establish the foundations for scalable AI deployment across International Programs. Beyond delivery, you will take business ownership of selected capabilities and solutions, ensuring they continue to evolve, create value, and become an integral part of how International Programs operates. Key Responsibilities - Manage AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the International Programs value chain, from idea through implementation and value realization. - Translate business challenges and opportunities into actionable use cases, business cases, and delivery roadmaps. - Partner with all stakeholders along the value chain such as underwriting, operations, finance, and technology teams. - Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Shape and embed AI delivery standards, governance, and best practices within International Programs. - Ensure AI solutions are effectively adopted through change management, communication, training, and ...
