Core responsibilities - Develop and execute procurement strategies for industrial services, equipment, and recycling-related materials. - Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; lead RFQs/RFPs and competitive tenders. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, service levels, and delivery terms; ensure compliance with policies and regulations. - Monitor supplier performance (quality, lead time, sustainability, risk) and drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance, and HSE to align purchasing with production and recycling targets. - Manage purchase orders, forecasting, and inventory-related inputs; resolve supply issues and escalations. - Track market trends (commodities, waste streams, transport) and identify savings and value-creation opportunities. - Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting in ERP/procurement systems. Required skills and qualifications - Proven experience in procurement within industry , recycling , or adjacent sectors (e.g., logistics, waste management, manufacturing). - Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical ability to interpret spend, supplier KPIs, and market data. - Knowledge of compliance, sustainability, and risk management in supply chains. ...
