You will be working at a modern rose greenhouse that specializes in cultivating high-quality roses for both domestic and international markets. The greenhouse operates with a focus on quality, sustainability, and efficiency, providing a friendly and team-oriented work environment. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? In this role, you will work throughout the greenhouse performing a variety of tasks to ensure the roses are healthy, high-quality, and ready for delivery. You will help prepare bouquets, sort flowers, and maintain an organized and efficient workspace, contributing to the smooth operation of the greenhouse. Taks include: - Cutting roses in the greenhouse - Hang and sort roses according to quality. - Assemble bouquets and arrange flowers for packaging. - Pack flowers into water-filled containers. - Place containers on tables and organize by order requirements. - Fulfill orders according to specifications and quality standards. - Maintain a clean workspace by cleaning the work area at the end of the shift. - Assist in the greenhouse during periods of low sorting activity (note: greenhouse work can be warm, especially in summer).
