In this independent role, you will work in a three-shift system and receive a shift allowance of 21.5% for every hour worked. You will start with an hourly wage of €18,47, which increases to €19,46 within six months and to €19,67 per hour within one year. Functieomschrijving As a Production Worker you are responsible for your own department, where various raw materials are blended into a high-quality end product. During the first six weeks, you will be trained by an experienced colleague, after which you will work independently. Your work takes place across three floors: on the top floor, you add raw materials to the mixer, after which the mixing process starts and you package the finished product.
