As a Repair Production Employee, you inspect and repair interior doors that require adjustments or corrections before they continue through the production process. What are you going to do? As a Repair Production Employee at Berkvens Deursystemen, you work with doors and components that need extra attention outside the standard production flow. You identify defects, carry out practical repairs and make adjustments so that the finished product meets the required quality standards. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is comfortable using tools and solving small technical problems. You will work in a 2-shift system. Your Responsibilities - Inspect doors and components for defects or damage - Carry out small repairs and adjustments - Replace or correct damaged components when necessary - Use hand and power tools safely - Check repaired products for quality and correct finishing - Follow work instructions, quality standards and safety procedures What can you expect from us? - €14.71 gross per hour - Approx. €440-€460 net per week , depending on Dutch payroll rules - Full-time job with long-term opportunities - Overtime possibilities - Weekly payment and pension from day one - 25 vacation days per year (20 paid leave days + 5 vacation days paid weekly with salary) - 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary - Private-room accommodation available - Transport between accommodation and work Where are you going to work?
