Looking for a stable production job near Tilburg where you can learn the process step by step? As a production operator, you work in 3 shifts at a growing food company with a close team and clear working methods. You earn between €3.100,- and €3.500,- gross per month including shift allowance, and you get the chance to build a long-term future here. You do not need to know every workstation from day one. Functieomschrijving: As a Production Employee you work on the complete production process in the Tilburg area. No day is exactly the same, because you are deployed across different workstations in production.Step by step you will get to know the process and carry out more tasks independently: • Contributing to product changeovers and machine start-ups. • Carrying out process and quality checks. • Cleaning machines and workstations. • Assisting with machine changeovers. • Thinking along when solving small malfunctions. • Working according to fixed recipes, processes and food safety guidelines. Functievereisten: You do not need a perfect CV to start here. A good attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important. This job fits you if you have: • Experience in production, food production or practical work. • Motivation to learn different workstations. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule. • Good command of English and/or Dutch. • A car and driving licence, because the location is not reachable by public transport. • Accurate working style and respect for food safety rules. • Team mentality and the ability to help colleagues when needed.
