You'll be part of a motivated team in a fast-paced 5-shift schedule, where teamwork, improvement, and commitment are highly valued. Your tasks include setting up, running, and monitoring production machines, carrying out regular product quality checks, and making small adjustments to equipment when necessary. You'll also play an important part in reducing downtime by spotting and solving technical issues quickly, keeping your work area tidy and well-organized, and following all health and safety rules carefully. Together with your colleagues, you'll work toward production goals while consistently delivering top-quality results.
