Wat je gaat doen As an upcoming Scent Operator at International Flavors & Fragrances in Tilburg, you will contribute to the production of high-quality fragrance ingredients used worldwide in products such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. You will work in a modern, international environment where teamwork and accuracy are key. In this role, you will focus on carefully weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials according to strict safety and quality standards. What you will do- Weigh raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station - Accurately weigh and process ingredients, sometimes up to 30 ingredients per batch - Prepare fragrance materials for further processing by mixing them - Monitor and operate equipment to ensure the production process runs smoothly - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace in accordance with all safety and quality regulations 5 Shift Working Hours- 07:00 – 15:00 - 15:00 – 23:00 - 23:00 – 07:00 Wat we je bieden - Hourly wage of €20.69 + 30% shift allowance, paid on all hours worked; - 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance; - 13 ADV days and a 13th month, included in a flexible benefits budget; - Travel allowance of €0.21 per km; - Opportunity to join IFF directly in the future; - Working in a modern, international, and clean environment. Functie-eisen - Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum B2 level); - At least 3 years of experience as a production worker or operator; - Accurate and physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg; - Willing to work in a 5-shift schedule; - Comfortable working with fragrances and chemical substances.
